Only when the conditions it describes match what you are doing, which is why vague trigger wording is the most common reason a skill never fires. Name concrete situations, commands, and phrases instead of describing the skill abstractly.
That is the purpose of most of them. Check whether the plugin pauses before side-effectful steps, and never leave an unattended workflow holding credentials or pushing to a shared branch.
Usually a step failed quietly or a required input was missing. Keep the whole run log, find the first failing step rather than the last message printed, and rerun only that step.
Project conventions belong in the repository where reviewers can see them; personal shortcuts belong in your own configuration. Keeping the split stops one person's habits from silently becoming everyone's rules.
