Fetch pages, extract content, and in the automation cases drive a real browser by clicking, typing, and reading the rendered page. The gap between "fetches a URL" and "controls my logged-in browser" is the single most important thing to establish before installing.
If a plugin attaches to your everyday browser profile then yes, including cookies for every account you are signed into. Prefer plugins that launch a separate isolated browser profile for automation work.
Treat it as untrusted input, always. Pages can carry text written to look like instructions, and a plugin that pipes page content straight into a session hands that text influence over what happens next.
Headless fetches commonly miss JavaScript rendering, cookies, and geolocation, and many sites return a bot-detection page instead of content. Confirm whether the plugin renders JavaScript before concluding the site is broken.
Point one at a page you own or a public site with no login, inside a profile you can delete, and watch what it requests. Only after that should you decide whether it gets anything authenticated.
